FAQS

Purpose: To organize questions and answers in a powerful, logical way with wording that the audience would use.

For this assignment, I analyzed Design Wizard's FAQs page for ways it could be enhanced. I improved its structure by creating more focused category headings and removing numerous repetitive questions.

FAQs

You got questions?

We got answers.

  • Which browsers are compatible with Design Wizard?
Design Wizard is compatible with all recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
  • How do I suggest a new feature or give feedback on Design Wizard?
At Design Wizard, we love to hear from you! To send us your feedback or suggestion, email us at info@designwizard.com.
  • Are your photos and graphics licensed for commercial use?
Yes. Our in-house team has created every element and template available in the Design Wizard gallery, so you can use them wherever and whenever you need them.
  • Why do I need to confirm my email address?
As a Design Wizard user, we want to ensure that you are kept informed of important information relating to your account such as product and billing information, customer service inquiries, password reset, software updates, and service availability.
  • How do I change my password?
    1. On the sign in page, click "Forgot password" under the Password box. 2. To reset your password, enter your email address into the form and click "Reset Password." A link will be sent to your email address that will allow you to reset your password.
  • How do I delete my Design Wizard account?
    1. Click on the down arrow in the top right corner of your screen to select "My Profile" (see image directly below). 2. When you are on your profile page, click on "Delete account" as shown in the image below. You will receive a "close account" email verification which you will need to confirm in order to close your account. If you decide to close your account, please be aware that we will no longer store your designs, and you will not be able to access them.
  • How do I change my email?
You can change the email address associated with your account by updating your email information on your profile page. You can also send a request to customer support using the in-app chat function.
  • Where can I view my payment history?
Your payments and invoices are stored in your "Purchase History." You can access your "Purchase History" by clicking the down arrow in the top right corner of the screen, then selecting "Purchase History."
  • How do I access my invoices?
For every purchase you make in Design Wizard, you will automatically be sent an invoice to the email address associated with your account. You can download the invoice from the email. We also store all your invoices in your "Purchase History." Access your "Purchase History" by clicking on the down arrow in the top right corner of the screen and selecting "Purchase History."
  • Why is my credit card being declined?
When Stripe processes your payment and submits the charge to your credit card company, they have an automated system that determines whether or not to accept the charge. Unfortunately, most declined messages are generic, and we aren’t told the reason why your payment is declined. If your card is declined and you know that it’s valid, speak to your credit card company, and ask for the charge to be accepted.
